Data Security
An overview of the security practices an AlignIQ implementation may use.
Template content — this page describes recommended practices and must be updated to match the real product and infrastructure before publishing.
Security approach
AlignIQ should use layered technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information and keep the service available. Security controls should be reviewed as the product and threat landscape evolve.
Access controls
Access to production systems and customer data should be limited by role, protected with strong authentication, and reviewed regularly. Administrative activity should be logged where appropriate.
Data protection
Data should be encrypted in transit and at rest using current industry-standard methods. Backups, retention periods, and deletion processes should be documented and tested.
Monitoring and response
Systems should be monitored for unusual activity, and a documented incident response process should guide investigation, containment, recovery, and customer communication.
Vendors and review
Service providers that handle customer data should be assessed for security and privacy risk. Independent testing and formal compliance claims must only be listed after they are actually completed and verified.
Contact
Replace this template text with the correct security contact or reporting channel before publishing.
